Meetings And Conferencing
The Bear Hotel carries a collection of five intimate conference rooms. The majority of the meeting rooms are in The Old Glove Factory section of the hotel. These rooms are more modern compared to the traditional style of the Park Room in the main building.
All meeting rooms have wireless connectivity (charges apply) and the hotel offers business support and audiovisual equipment. Offsite teambuilding activities can also be arranged.

For groups of four or more attendees the hotel has two delegate packages for Day or Residential courses. Delegate rates include:

The Bear Hotel has several rooms suitable for private dining, including the restaurant, the Gun Room, located alongside the restaurant, the Churchill Lounge or any of the meeting rooms of the Old Glove Factory Conference Centre. The restaurant can seat up to 95 for a private dining function, while the other rooms are suitable for smaller events.
